While each Townhouse (unit) has evolved into its own, unique space after years of Members leaving their mark on the place, all units are structurally laid out as shown in the floorplans below.

Membership Cost below represents the cost to become a member, paid only once upon move-in. This covers the cost of your unit, similar to buying a home. This does not pay for, nor do you own once you become a member, the land that the unit is built on, community land, or the structural portion of the home. Essentially, you own the livable space from the walls on in and access to use, while an active Member, the community grounds and buildings. The value of this membership cost increases in accordance with the Cooperative bylaws which adds value for you when you decide to sell your membership.

The Carrying Charges below represents the monthly carrying charges each member is responsible to pay for his/her equal share of operating and maintaining the entire cooperative community. This fee goes towards operational costs, building and grounds maintenance, capital improvements, property taxes, community-wide insurance and more. It does not cover personal property insurance (such as renters insurance) and therefore we strongly encourage you to purchase your own within 30 days of move in.
